Preliminary Results of HTTP Survey
The first round of results for 1,538,462 randomly chosen numerical IP's to find 4,000 with HTTP servers or server clusters in the global class A, B, and C. Of course, multiple machines may be behind one address, but we just record whatever the http response says:
| Server | Percentage |
| Apache | 43.2% |
| Microsoft IIS | 30.5 % |
| Netscape | 9.75 % |
| ZyXEL | 6.5 % |
